We do not offer exchanges.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend opening your gift box immediately to ensure the item is in perfect condition. Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Unfortunately, claims made outside of this window will not be accepted.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. Please email your claim to info@nomadnmd.com.au within the specified time frame.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for your return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, if the damage is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
